can not receive mail

It isn't a client problem. Check your server on blacklist http://mxtoolbox.com

My server removed from blacklists about a few hours, then I surprised when I seen some message arrived to inbox within roundcube .
But I checked roundcube inbox after setting zohomail mx values and deleting local server mx value

To avoid a similar problem in the future or blacklists, how can i do?

If you only sends regular e-mails you have no problems. An e-mail server has to build reputation, it may take a while.
For outlook/hotmail/... you can read this: https://mail.live.com/mail/services.aspx
https://postmaster.live.com/snds/JMRP.aspx
