Error: no immediate delivery: more than 10 messages receive

In the exim queue have the message "Error: no immediate delivery: received more than 10 messages in one connection"
How I can solve it?

I have many emails in the queue for this message

edit exim4.conf
add smtp_accept_queue_per connection = 60
exim restart service
