No incoming messages

Hello.

Is the VPS DigitalOcean, PTR registered a domain through VestaCP created and DNS addresses that domain. I connect a second domain name and have it to the address of the first DNS domain name, create e-mail addresses. Everything worked well, the mail is sent, but does not come with other services (gmail, mail.ru, yandex.ru, etc.). Please help to understand the reason why there is incoming. The logs saw clamd sort of freezes them, do ClamAV and Spamassasin prevent reception of messages.

i've got the same problem on Centos 7 and i back to Centos 6.7 because i can't find any solution to fix this ;/

i was able to send email via round cube but cannot receive any mails,
my mail clients can't connect with accounts. Apple Mail.app Thunderbird, AirMail.. show that is connected but can't send any mail.

Folder doesn't have right permissions on centos 7.1 .

You need set proper owner.

Reboot exim and clamd via vesta panel and it's working.

Having the same problem in CentOS 7 but when I type the command: "chown clam.clam /var/run/clamav"

I get: "chown: cannot access ‘/var/run/clamav’: No such file or directory"

Any ideas, I'm not receiving any e-mail v_v

Today I have the same issue : I can not receive coming in emails.

Then I followed your instruction to create that folder, and set the permission for that folder as:

Next, I edited /etc/exim/exim.conf , set the spam score to "7" instead of "50".

Now I got coming in email in Webmail !
