Installation fails to create roundcube database on CentOS 6

VestaCP 0.9.8.15 installation fails to create database on CentOS 6.7 32 bit. After the installation the roundcube database is not there. One has to manually create the database - thankfully the necessary mysql shell commands can be found in the install script.
