Problem with sending and receive mails

Hello,

i have installed vestacp panel on my ubuntu server, i can send and receive mails but i have only problems with domain which is hosted by zoho.com, on this domain which is hosted by zoho.com i cant receive and send mails

i know that the zoho.com has one ip adress on blacklist and for this reason i added the ip adress to whitelist

question:

when is some ip address on black list from this ip adress i cannot recieve mails, because i didnt write this ip address to the whitelist, but i can send mails to this ip address whitout that the ip address is on whitelist ? Or it is set that i cannot send and receive mails when the ip is on blacklist ? (i mean the ip adress of zoho.com because my ip is clean )

Are the DNS settings of the domains hosted by zoho correct? Can you email them with Gmail, Outlook, ...?

yes the domain which is hosted by zoho is correct, i can sen and receive mails without problems.
Zoho has one ip 74.201.84.163 which is on blacklist and i added this ip to the whitelist

now when i want send email hosted by zoho to mail domian hosted on vestacp i get this error

it is now working, i dont know where was the problem....
