Can't send or receive email

I have a installation of the panel on Ubuntu for the last 6 months was working fine but 2 weeks from now I realized that when I send emails they never were receive by any sender but I can receive emails. So I run the update for the excim and I receive a message if I want to update or stay with the version so I choose to update, but then I can’t or receive the emails.

I check with the command

and I receive the follow

I have been looking for answers on the forum but I haven’t find any. Can you help me to resolve this issue?

hello, if the problem happens to you since the exim was updated, it may be the conf. try using this:
http://c.vestacp.com/0.9.8/ubuntu/15.04 ... f.template

I replace the file exim4.conf.template with the template that you told me, now I am able to receive emails but the issue to send emails persist. Do you have any other suggestion?

if you check the logs mainlog. What error do you get?

I tried a solution from another post where they can't send emails either that was changing this part of the conf to this:
