I can send emails but I can not receive emails

So after a while, my email server has stopped receiving emails from any domain but it can still send emails.
So I'll get to the point.
Here's my exim setup

So I don't know what I'm doing wrong, is wrong, or am missing.

pm me your Mx records and domain name... I'll investigate. It is most likely DNS issue

I didnt recieve emails either. when i changed "SPAM_SCORE" value in /etc/exim/exim.conf to 5 i got the mails.
