Cant Recieve Mail On New Ip

Hey Guys
So i bought a new ip and added to vestacp and added a new site to it.
But now the issue is that this new ip is sending mail easily ie [email protected] can easily send email to any email provider but it cannot receive email from any email provider

In order to confirm this
I created two emails of the new ip and then tried sending each other mails ... They both could easily send and receive mails when of the same ip

Now tried sending email from the main ip or you can say the first ip that is attached to vestacp panel to this new ip
ie sending mail from [email protected] to [email protected] like all other email providers this is also giving error
The error that it gave was
