Hi there...

1) Open your file: config.inc.php
Path:

Code: Select all

 /etc/roundcubemail/config.inc.php

2) Add a line:

$config['smtp_helo_host'] = 'localhost';

3) Save/Exit and Reload exim, dovecot, spamassassin , clamd

This fix did not work for me

I had this problem in vestacp and resolved it by updating the variable smtp_helo_host to localhost in the file /etc/roundcubemail/defaults.inc.php

Thanks, the config.ink.php modification, works for me.
I have two vps (centos7 vesta) and I had this problem with only one vps with exactly the same configuration.
