Exim SMTP protocol synchronization error

Goodday,

My mainlog of exim is filled with non stop this message:

SMTP protocol synchronization error (input sent without waiting for greeting): rejected connection from H=localhost [127.0.0.1] input="6\240&\270\020\001"

Mailing is working "fine" but VPS keeps killing process due the max memory.
Does someone know how to find out where that message came from?
