Error message does not arrive to the mail user

Hello,

We have a VestaCP installed on CentOS, and we have the following problem.

When we send a message, through a system (we use Mautic), and the recipient is invalid, a wrong email, the message becomes Frozen, and does not return any error to the email that we use to send.

Below the message that shows in main.log, we use the email [email protected] to trigger the message.

Would anyone know how to make this error message reach the account [email protected]?

Guys, I'm going to rephrase my question, sorry.

On the server we have Webmail, when we send the message through Webmail, using the account [email protected], to an email address that does not exist, it returns the error:

When we use the same email, [email protected], sending via Mautic, which is an Open Source Marketing Automation, which is on another machine, it returns the error:

The problem is to receive the message from the second case, using Mautic, as it returns to the email frame +[email protected], and changes the code after the name "+ bounce", and queues of Exim as frozen. It does not arrive in the email inbox of [email protected].

Could someone tell me what we can do to solve this problem?

We found a solution, we use return email as Catchall email ...
