HOW TO: Configure VestaCP/Exim to send email using SendGrid (CentOS 6)

i have managed to use SMTP for sending emails but in email header Exim is still sending my server ip and domain which i want to hide. It is sending server details in Received from header. can you tell me how to change exim received from header to hide my server ip and domain?
