Exim - white domain list

I have vestacp installed and I need exim to pass the domains I put in a file /etc/exim/white-domain-block.conf
That is to say, that the domains that I put here, I do not know in what format I have to put it, I suppose *@hotmail.com for example, are not filtered by the lists that I have dnsbl.conf
I have looked at several photos and I can't get it to work ... can you help me?
