Problem receiving mail

Hi, I'm having trouble receiving emails from some people. The most common verse comes with 550 error.
I even turned it off
spamassassin and the problem persists.
Oddly enough, I tried with lots of emails and random emails don't arrive.
Please help. :( i dont have any ideas : (
