The recent exim 4.94 broke compatibility in either arguments or configs (WTF?) and it does not work anymore with Vesta. A workaround is to rollback to 4.93:

yum downgrade exim-4.92.3-1.el7.x86_64

YES but for me 4.94 will send the queue, but NOT allow new messages i.e from ROUNDCUBE

While 4.93 will allow sending of new messages, i.e. from roundcube, but the EXIM queue (centos 7) will never send.
Says
remote deliveries suppressed

Would really love HELP with this ! (can paypal)
