I think I found the temporarily solution to this problem it's like SPAMASSASIN blocking the email..

I edit the exim4.conf file and changed the SPAM_SCORE to lower value like 15

I don't know it was good to lower the SpamAssasin Value but it solved the problem Now I can get emails and my server isn't stopping external mails to come to my mailbox. :) but if someone has any another way to do it let me know. thanks..
