как настроить почтовый клиент?

Я все правильно понял?
1) "Установить FQDN hostname. Например tst.vestacp.com"
Это тут: "/etc/sysconfig/network" надо сделать например вот так: "HOSTNAME=mail.domen.ru" ?
2) Это мне надо в DNS записях домена "domen.ru" сделать запись:
Тип: А;
Запись/Поддомен: mail;
IP адрес или значение: IP сервера ?
3) Хостер вроде бы предоставляет в панели возможность создания PTR записи. Подскажите что вписывать в пустое поле, как я понял туда нужно прописать вот это "mail.domen.ru":

Все сделал. Но письмо все равно не приходит. Лог файл показывает то же что и до этого.
IP сервера не находится черных списках DNSBL

Проблема возникает только с сервером ukr.net? Попробуйте выяснить в чем дело воспроизведя почтовую сессию в консоли. Возможно ip вашего сервера находится у них в черном листе.
Для эмуляции почтового клиента, используйте telnet. Подключаться нужно к серверу mxs.ukr.net.

Можно увидеть /etc/exim/exim.conf начиная с remote_smtp и до двойного разрыва строки?

И попробуйте прописать:

Shamilik все верно посоветовал. Нужно сменить hostname.
