Open the file "/usr/local/vesta/web/inc/i18n/en.php"
Change the MAIL_FROM line. That should take care of it.

This change will be overwritten when updating vestacp so make a backup

You can change and web look too, title for example -> /usr/local/vesta/web/templates/header.html

these files should be in the vesta backup that runs. Because its a lot of work having to change all these edits everytime it updates.
