Mail don't work via my IP

So If I buy a mail exchange could I config the main server in anyway.

As I nee the email to sent to gmail and hotmail without spam.

Check ip in blacklist - http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
With mxtoolbox you can test your mail service.

As I nee the email to sent to gmail and hotmail without spam.

There is no garantie, that your mail not going into spam ;)
However, using mail services (mailgun, mailchimp and so on), the chances of getting into spam is much lower.
