I just notice that when i create a new email for a domain i have to login first before the actual emails file will be created.

Example: If i create an email thru the vesta cp. Then if i use my gmail to send email to my vesta email that i just created it will bounce, the error is something like "550 No Such User Here"

To fix the error: I have to login first to my newly created email thru webmail or imap or else the actual emails files for that account will not be created or generated.

What could be the problem ? Is this on dovecot or exim?

It should be Exim (SMTP), but I don't have such problem on Debian 8.
What OS you are using?
