It's astonishing how they can neglect this forums so much.

I'm having the exact same problem and doing a search on google to find that another one is having the same problem only NONE is even able to come up here an answer is discouraging.

I bought the premium plugins for this panel and was looking forward to promote it on my hosting bussiness because it's easy to use, fast and beautiful but, without proper support or documentation, it's imposible to recommend.

I don't know how to answer to the OP since I'm having the same problem.

Managed to fix it and decided to post the fix so anyone experiencing this issue can fix it.

The problem lies in the spamassassin and clamav services, if they are off, mail will stop working.

As in my configuration, clamav-daemon was getting an error in the configuration file

you have to edit the /etc/clamav/clamd.conf

and put a # in this line:

#AllowSupplementaryGroups true

For some reason, clamav wont recognize that option, then do a: service clamav-daemon restart


and mail will start working again.

Tried to repeat that but...

If restart clamav-daemon.service comes back with that error and you have a clamd.conf file then your services is probably called something different.

I got the same message when I tried restarting the daemon so the fast and easy solution was just to reboot by machine and then the new config file would load.

Unfortunately changing the setting did fix the problem for me.

I wouldn't bother.
Use improvmx.com and create free domain email aliases to forward to gmail or whatever.
Just change mx records to point to improvmx.com

Why?
To unload your server from unnecessary services and make it much lighter.
