Can send mail, can't receive - CENTOS 7

Hi, I currently can't receive any emails, that is, I never could.
My hosting provider said "The mail is coming on the server but exim rejects the mails. Therefor we suspect that the domain is somehow not allowed to accept e-mails for this domain.".

I need help with this ASAP.
I don't want to reinstall anything, it was a pain in the ass to configure VESTA for web hosting and I don't want to go through setting my DNS up again.

Maybe clamav is dead or not installed,

Check if clamav is online.

If not you can also coment clamav call on exim configuration ( in first 5 lines are defined clamav )

Be sure all services are online, exim, clamd, spamd etc

mkdir /var/run/clamav/
сhown clam:mail /var/run/clamav/

Add these two lines into /etc/rc.local
mkdir /var/run/clamav
chown clam:mail /var/run/clamav

mkdir /var/run/clamav/
сhown clam:mail /var/run/clamav/

Add these two lines into /etc/rc.local
mkdir /var/run/clamav
chown clam:mail /var/run/clamav

I searched and I wouldn't post this if I didn't.
Even after doing that it gives the same error.

Have you restarted exim?
