Hi,
I have been trying to make email hosting work correctly

Mail Server is working fine. Although, I cannot create PTR record for my domain name.
I did digg and found
in-addr.arpa. 1799 IN SOA b.in-addr-servers.arpa. nstld.iana.org. 2015074238 1800 900 604800 3600

So, I am pretty sure that mails will end up in spam folder or email will not be accept by email provider like gmail.

Any help?

The PTR record needs to be created on your service provider's side of the equation, particularly if you are running a virtual server. I do not have experience with 1and1 but contacting them should yield a solution.
