Spamassassin: emails disappear
  • Quote

Post by starter » Mon Dec 12, 2016 2:14 am

Hello,

My email configuration was working fine. Then I installed SpamAssassin (but not ClamAV) and added it to VestaCP.

With SpamAssassin enabled all incoming emails seem to disappear after going through the detector. In /var/log/mail.log, they are marked as clean, but they never arrive in the inbox:

Code: Select all

spamd: clean message (-0.0/5.0) for debian-spamd:119 in 0.2 seconds, 2761 bytes.
spamd: result: . 0 - FREEMAIL_FROM,RCVD_IN_MSPIKE_H3,RCVD_IN_MSPIKE_WL,SPF_PASS,T_DKIM_INVALID scantime=4.4,size=2761,user=debian-spamd,uid=119,required_score=5.0,rhost=localhost,raddr=127.0.0.1,rport=48906,mid=<[email protected]>,autolearn=ham autolearn_force=no
What is going on? Shouldn't they reach the inbox, especially after passing the spam test?

You followed this guide? http://vestacp.com/docs/#how-to-install ... hel-centos

If so, are there any other entries in other logs in /var/log
