Mail going to spam. Issue with DNS Record

Postby logicalbrains » Mon Nov 06, 2017 5:31 pm

Hi There,
I am a newbie and wasn't able to resolve a minor DNS issue.

I have multiple domains added in a server and emails from all domain are going to spam in gmail.

Primary Domain : trackey.me
Sending mail from me@sunnywiki.com
hostname of server: server.trackey.me

Below is snippet of issue I found via mail-tester.com:

Your domain name sunnywiki.com is assigned to a mail server.
We didn't find a server (A Record) behind your hostname server.trackey.me.
We check if there is a server (A Record) behind your hostname server.trackey.me.
You may want to publish a DNS record (A type) for the hostname server.trackey.me or use a different hostname in your mail software.
