Mail ending in spam

Hello,

For my company I have a mail server, but every mail I send goes straigth to the spam box.
Does anyone know what the issue is?

I think this will be the culprit:

a lot of mailfilters block mails sent via a php script (it's pretty much the #1 source of spam mails). Can you try adding the account to outlook or thunderbird and see if that works?

I have set it up in outlook and it's still coming into spam folder, thanks for the suggestion tho!

what about messages without an attachment? Or emails to somewhere else than outlook.com? Do those work normally?

Could be your rDNS. Check with your providor if the rDNS is set properly to your domain. NOTE: only one rDNS record per IP is supported.

Also make sure you have set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records within your DNS!

This message didn't had an attachment, this was just a mail I wrote to test. I suppose you read the dutch text where i said the file is in attachment lol. E-mails to gmail also seem to end up in the spam folder.

I have tested this on a couple of sites and everything seems to be alright with these settings, in the header they also are marked as pass.

This problem is still not solved, does anybody know another possible solution?

I just checked MailToolBox and your domain "bitzfactory.com" doesn't have an A record. This, obviously is an issue and I have zero idea how you can even send email from it without an A record.

Mistake of mine, I have fixed it now. I think there was an A record yesterday. Mails are still ending in spam.

I actually just moved my emails to Yandex because, while shady, they are more reliable and hosted so I don't have to worry about DKIM and all that BS. I don't get paid or anything and if you want to stray away from them, but still have a top-level domain (.com, co, .co.uk, etc.) you can try Zoho mail, which offers 25 free mail accounts per domain (one domain per account). The former, Yandex, offers nearly unlimited mailboxes (1k before needing to message support) per domain and I have all my domains over there right now with no issues.

Both have CNAME DNS verification so you don't need to worry about "handing over your keys" to your domain. Just point it to their MX servers and have a CNAME for verification and you are golden.

Again: I do not get paid or benefit in any way by you using these services, I am simply offering an alternative which may solve your problem!

I have signed up for Yandex and I think it's great, it's the best solution. Thank you for sharing your information.
