Not receiving any email (Ubuntu 16.04, exim dovecot)

Hi,
Suddenly I am not able to receive any email (I can send though)
OS: Ubuntu 16.04
Email Config: Exim + Dovecot
**I've disabled spamassassin but It didn't solve the issue.
Here're some logs from /var/log/exim4/mainlog
