Vesta Control Panel - Forum

Hello,

A few days ago I installed Vesta on my Ubuntu VPS, the installation was completed in a few miutes and ones completely I could login to the backend of Vesta just fine. Have setted up all my domains and stuff, everything works perfect except from one thing; I'm not able to send emails, I have 4 domains added and it isn't working for any of them. I can receive emails for them and I can also send emails to itself or to another domain I have pointing to my server. To be clear, I can receive emails on all domains just fine, it's specific the sending of emails.

Checked log and I noticed that I'm receiving a unroutable address error.
I also checked the firewall, all required ports are open. I also successfully connected to the server through Outlook.


Searched a lot on Google but sadly haven't been able to find any cause and sollution for this problem.


If anyone could help me, that would be appreciated!

Small side note that might be usefull, I have worked with Plesk before (there sending emails worked just fine) on the exact same DNS record configuration, I expect that excludes any possible DNS issues

Check your exim4 logs..
/var/log/exim4/mainlog. It will tell you the emails are sending to localdomains or external smtp..
