Reject emails when mailbox is full

I have multiple clients on my server with multiple emails accounts, but some clients don't clean their emails and have the mailbox full, the problem is every email received will get to the queue instead of being immediately rejected.
There are any config to reject incoming emails if te mailbox is full?
At the moment I have always a large amount of emails on the queue, it's hard to find if anyone is sending spam, usually when that happens the queue starts growing.
