RainLoop : Warning! Not all attachments have been uploaded

Hi,
Since support has configured RainLoop on my dedicated server, I have a problem I can't fix: attachments are not downloaded.
The following message appears: " Warning! Not all attachments have been downloaded.
Can you help me solve this problem, please?
