I have tried to ask for help and its like Vestacp is dying. Some of the things they have are not well explained and when people have issues there are so many empty replies. Especially my email issue I am having.

I'm sorry that you've that feeling. It is sometime hard to support peoples, that not have enough knowledge to run a server - this should not be in any case to blaming here any user! To run a server you need to know different parts, for example in (reverse) dns, security, basic os knowledge like "how to update" or "how to use the package manager" and so on. Because Vesta has some out of the box systems on some cloud hosters, everyone think they can run a own server...

To your e-mail issue: Are you sure, that your reserve dns configuration is set properly? Do you can connect manually to the target e-mail server (you can check this with using telnet -> https://www.port25.com/how-to-check-an- ... session-2/)? Also you can check if your server ip is on any blacklist or has any missconfiguration in smtp using www.mxtoolbox.com

Of course you're also free to take the vestacp commercial support, so you also can support the project.

i have ad success with other control cpanels but this one wasn't working out of the box to send emails cause they stay frozen. I will continue the issue on the other post

Same here, the whole panel no good already changed to CWP7 Pro that works.
My Vestacp keep dying, and then could not recolonize the email accounts, rejecting the email accounts, So I found a way to transfer all email accounts to CWP7 which works perfect.
