Also clarify that I'm using google translate since my original language is Spanish.

I have problems using ubuntu 16.04 with exim4 and sendgrid as smtp relay in the "Foward to" function provided by the vestacp panel.

It does not forward to gmail or outlook. and what I see in "logs" is because it tries to forward it directly without going through sendgrid.

is it able to send emails? or able to forward emails to any other mail host other then outlook/hotmail?

I can send emails from any client, or roundcube. And also from the mail function of php but I can not get that from vestacp is done the forwarding.
I get mail every 24 hours similar to this:
