Change mail adres copy emails

I want to change an mail adres to an other domain and want to take the mails with me.
But i dont get it working.

I can export mail one by one as an .eml format but cant import them with roundcube.
Multiple export doesnt work.

What is the best way to do this?

Try1- Copy that email directory and paste into new email directory.
Try2- inside the user’s emails directory, you should see the email ids as folder names. Change it.
Try3- use outlook to sync all old id’s emails. Then restore that outlook profile data as new ID
