Email header problem

hi! MY email goes to spam.
I think is a exim problem.
My header if i send an email from roundcube:
Received: from localhost ([127.0.0.1] helo=domain.com)
by mail.domain.com with esmtp (Exim 4.91)
and email goes to spam
But if the email is sending by root:
Received: from root by mail.domain.com with local (Exim 4.91)
and the email DOESNT go to SPAM
I think is a exim problem.
