I can send mail but not receive mail with roundcube from others, how to fix this?

Use the Test Email Server from the orange drop down, also anything in /var/log/exim/rejectlog

My original 6 year account, with a verified email has been locked due to a possible compromise. I put my username into the reset box and it comes back with my username @ gmail.com which is not my verified email. Not getting the reset emails. Try visit bsg.world website. If this suits you, write how your successes.
