Vesta Control Panel - Forum

Hello, I am more than happy to use Vesta CP is nice and simple.
But I am having an issue with my roundcube mail.
After I have installed Ubuntu 18.04 and vesta cp on my vps I got this error when I access roundcube webmail:

An error occurred!
Server Error: STATUS: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information.

I am not so good in ssh and I would appreciate if I can get some help to sort our my issue.

first of all you should check logs. Here is any information in your provided error message. Anyway you need a basic knowledge of linux administration through terminal and ssh access.

If you don't want to learn linux administration, then you should use shared hosting services. Or find freelancer administrator and pay for your server administration ;)

So log into your control panel, go to Web, find the domain you were on when you saw the error, and hover over it.
A grey menu will appear. Select View Logs, and a new window will open. Select the Error Log and look for clues in there.
