Emails are sent fine but i am not being able to receive a single email

Hello,

My server is on digitalocean (1GB RAM) ubuntu 18.10 + vestacp with exim + dovecot.

I am able to send the emails but i am not being to able receive single email.

I tested on mxtoolbox, everything seems fine. I am lost how to solve it. Please help me.

Without information like your mail domain it's impossible to help, e.g. mail.yourdomain.com

I just checked my details here https://mxtoolbox.com/domain/bfm912.com/ and every thing seems ok.

I don't know why it is happening.

Please help me.

No DNS record found, also ehlo gives

Also i have same dns not found error on another server https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?ac ... n=toolpage

But everything works fine here.

Is DNS external, i.e. managed on the website you purchased the domain from?
If it is go to DNS settings and look for an MX record, it should start mail.bfm912.com and end with the ip address of your server.

DNS is managed from vestacp dns manager not domain manager.

What should i do?

If you run the checktls.com test from above you get "Cert Hostname DOES NOT VERIFY" error, this will prevent certain domains from sending to your email, usually hotmail/outlook is fussy about certificate matching, your certificate must contain mail.bfm912.com and bfm912.com.
