can't download my emails

Hello,

I'm using Outlook. And Thunderbird. I can't download emails via IMAP. All correctly configured. I get error 10060 - connection timeout. Or no error at all, but still no emails. I can access Webmail on Roundcube. Dovecot service is running. So what could be the problem?

Are your ports opened?
SMTP > 25,465,587
POP3 > 110,995
IMAP > 143,993
Have your mail servers a "A Record" in your "DNS Zone"?
mail A 123.123.123.123
