How to disable spam filtering for one user?

Hello,

Is there a way to disable spamassassin in just one mail account?

I.e. [email protected] doesn't want his/her messages to be filtered by spamassassin, but the rest of the domain's (example.com) users do want to keep the filtering on.

I've got dovecot sieve filters installed and running ok, is it possible to disable from there?
