Can´t receive mail from outside

Hello, I have a problem with the mail.
I can send and receive mail from roundcube, but I can´t receive mail from hotmail or another outside service.
I am using Debian 9 and tried to dissable spamassasin and clamav.
-reject log says: temporary rejected
-mail log:
What can I do to solve this?
