Do not send email with PHPMailer

I tested on cpanel hosting and shipping normally on vestacp doesn't work at all.
Does anyone have a solution?

Current Configuration:
SMTP Host: mail.mydomain.com
Port SMTP: 465
Secure SSL/TLS Settings: SSL

I am leaving VestaCP after 3 years of trying.
The panel is full of problems, is not supported, does not have frequent autalization, panel does not work. No ipv6, SSL let's encrypt not working, PHP-FPM 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 does not work, mail server is always giving problem.

Very sad, but I'm moving to another free panel.
