Vesta Control Panel - Forum

Hello,

I just installed VestaCP and so far everything works but email.

I created the email account with no issues.

When I try to login using roundcube, I get this warning:

Connection to storage server failed.

I looked at the logs under /var/log/roundcube and this error line was created:

[16-Feb-2020 21:28:42 +0000]: <cpuqp2e7> IMAP Error: Login failed for [email protected] from 127.212.75.199(X-Forwarded-For: 127.212.75.199). AUTHENTICATE PLAIN: * BYE Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information. in /usr/share/roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube_imap.php on line 197 (POST /webmail/?_task=login?_task=login&_action=login)

Then, I went to the server logs under var/log/apache2/error.log but there are no errors created at the same time the roundcube error was created, or am I looking at the wrong log file?

Any suggestions?
