Mail Not Received From Other E-mail

Recently I have updated my vesta and as well PHP version from 5.6 to 7.2. after that suddenly dovecot & exim can not received e-mail from other e-mail address. as well getting some error on roundcube mail panel.




I am geeting this e-mail failure error when i try to send e-mail from another e-mail account Reporting-MTA: dns; mail-40135.protonmail.ch

Also after Upgrade PHP i am facing this error
