Error record DNS MX - Cloudflare

Hi guys, i need help to configure mx dns records.
I have a cloudflare for dns server and i copy and paste the dns records from vesta in cloudflare. But not have success in access mail.
My infrastructure is in digitalocean and have access in web admin corectly.
My cenary in cloudflare is:
MX mydomain.com mydomain.com 1 14400
PTR mydomain.com server1.mydomain.com Auto
TXT mydomain.com v=spf1 a mx ip4:"IP_For_Host" ~all
In digitalocean i rename vps host to server1.mydomain.com for PTR resolve. And this is functional.
But i do no have ideia where my error.
I dont receive mail, in tests to send mail returns after hours with "451 Temporary local problem - please try later". And i dont have access in mydomain.com/webmail, receive error 500.
Help-me please?!
