Configuring external e-mail service

Hello, I'm trying to configure external e-mail service (zoho.com) on my VestaCP server.
Cloudflare settings (not using proxy):
Now, when I try to login with roundcube, this error appears:
Connection to IMAP server failed
Can someone guide me on what do I need to do next to have external e-mail configured?

Can someone guide me on what do I need to do next to have external e-mail configured?
