My server Operating System: CentOS 6.9 x64

I've been running into problems with the email server left and right.

I already attempted to fix it with this solutions viewtopic.php?f=12&t=20129 but it did not help I just got an error about failed dependencies

Does when I try to send an email I get the error "SMTP Error: [451] Temporary local problem - please try later"

I have been running into the exact same issue with a fresh install. I used the proposed fix and it at least stopped the 451 error, but everything is stuck in the EXIM mail queue. Would love to know what is causing this issue and what can be done to solve it!

Not having much luck downgrading to exim 4.9.3 either
