Hi

I have a server set up , but using remote mail server for sending mail. It working fine previously, but lately all the mail just stuck at the queue and never send out.

I try resend/flush all the queue with "exim -q -v" , but it always show

It always show

Code: Select all

Connecting to mta7.am0.yahoodns.net [67.195.228.94]:25 ... failed: Connection timed out (timeout=5m)
LOG: MAIN
Regardless which recepient, they always fail.

It is possible my sendmail or postfix will conflict each other?

Below is the list of error shown in vestacp:

Code: Select all

   23 [email protected]:
	    retry timeout exceeded

    2 [email protected] R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp: all
hosts for 'mydomain.com' have been failing for a
long time (and retry time not reached)

   17 [email protected] R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp: all
hosts for 'mydomain.com' have been failing for a
long time (and retry time not reached)

Just to update it happened that is AWS block all the SMTP 25 traffic due to the spamming policy. I had requested to enable the port and it is working now.
