Unable to send email via Server

Trying to setup Outlook profile to use POP3 / SMTP servers.
The following error is loged in the /var/log/exim/main.log file:
2012-12-08 14:52:18 dovecot_login authenticator failed for bzq-79-179-226-122.red.bezeqint.net (adminPC) [79.179.226.122]: 435 Unable to authenticate at present: authentication socket protocol error
