I noticed in the DNS section there is an option to set a PTR record but not very explanatory as into what info to put where.

If you look there the reverse PTR is not set, what we need to know is how to set this in VestaCP.

Vesta allows to manage PTR records but in most cases ISP does not delegate PTR to customer name servers. Your case is not exception.
And as stands in the report

You should contact your ISP and ask him to add a PTR record for your ips

Usually they have a internal control panel for that or they can add ptr per request.
