exim mailserver stopping itself automatically

Hey
I have installed your panel today a few hours ago and was testing it, when i was trying to send mail it would say sent but i wouldnt receive it and when i sent on the roudcube mail on your panel no email was received there, So i went to check in the services as to what was the issue
the exam mail server seemed to be stopped, so i started it , Just after a few seconds of starting it automatically stopped itself.
Is there a way to fix this issue, If yes then i would be greatful to you all if you guys could paste the solution to the issue here
